Keep ChatGPT. Add a governed EU knowledge base and inject it straight into the chat via browser extension and MCP — with retrieval you control and a source behind every answer.
ChatGPT Enterprise is a strong product. Three things rub when you use it to work with your own knowledge.
ChatGPT Enterprise has no public price and is sold per seat through sales. You buy the chat environment; how your knowledge base is searched, weighted and ranked stays sealed under the hood.
Half your people live in Claude, Gemini or Copilot. A knowledge base that only exists inside ChatGPT leaves the rest of your organisation out.
OpenAI offers EU storage at rest and, since January 2026, in-region inference too — but the latter is sales-gated and only with data residency enabled. Ask your vendor exactly where processing lands.
The browser extension detects your question in ChatGPT and injects the right organisational context. Through the MCP server, ChatGPT talks to your knowledge base directly — no copy-paste, no second tab.
Build the knowledge base once. Deploy it into every AI tool your team already uses, plus a chatbot widget on your site and an API for your own product.
Start free, scale to €49/month or custom. Scope isolation per organisation and department, source citations and staleness checks are built in.
Dense semantic search and BM25 fused with RRF, then cross-encoder reranking. It catches both the intent of a question and an exact article number — and puts the most relevant result on top. Evidence-tier scoring then weighs how recent and reliable a source is, and a knowledge graph boosts related documents, so the answer rests on the strongest support available.
The model answers only from injected context, with a visible source. Stale knowledge triggers a freshness warning; with no source, the system says so instead of guessing. Every citation is clickable, so an employee can always check the answer — exactly what you need for policy and compliance questions.
Retrieval and processing run on an EU backend. Your organisational data never leaves the environment and is never used to train models. A data processing agreement (GDPR art. 28) is ready to sign, and scope isolation per organisation and department keeps knowledge from leaking between teams or clients.
